Our Guardian Women classes provide a safe space for female identified people to learn strong self-defence tactics under the guidance of a highly experienced female instructor.

Based on Krav Maga, the course runs through defensive techniques to combat the most relevant threatening situations - from basic striking, situational awareness, improvised defensive tools through to aggressive grabs, holds and ground defence. The system is based on biomechanics so the size and strength of a defender or attacker become irrelevant with the skills taught in this program.
