Service Description

This session is for people who have not yet started training but would like to give it a try. We will go through a whole lot of the basics and give you the confidence to then jump into classes. There is no pressure, you work at your pace and no experience is necessary. Once you have participated in this class you will move on to our General Krav Maga classes.
