Service Description

This class is ideal for all students looking to start and continue their intermediate skill-set in preparation of their Green, Blue, Purple, Brown and Red Rank achievement, or revision of these topics. Full kit of training equipment is compulsory (Head guard with face grill, mouth guard, padded vest, 16oz boxing gloves, MMA gloves or fingerless mitts, forearm guards, elbow guards, groin guard, knee guards and shin guards. This class is open to students ranked Yellow Rank and above. (Be mindful that you must also continue in Foundation classes until you are Orange Rank as that is where Gold and Orange Rank content is learned)
