Service Description

This class is open strictly to students ranked Orange Rank and above. This class is ideal for all students looking to start and continue their intermediate skill-set in preparation of their Green, Blue, Purple, Brown, Red, & Black Ranks achievement, or revision of these topics. Full kit of training equipment is compulsory (Head guard with face grill, mouth guard, padded vest, 16oz boxing gloves, MMA gloves or fingerless mitts, forearm guards, elbow guards, groin guard, knee guards and shin guards.
