Women's Self-Defence Workshop Lismore NSW

The Guardian Women program has brought self-defence skills to thousands of women just like you and now’s your chance to train it for yourself. Coming for the first time to Lismore NSW, this special event will give you the skills to defend yourself and those you care about. Looking at the whole picture, before, during, and after the attack, we will take you through simple, yet highly effective techniques that will allow you to escape and get to safety.

All participants will also gain 12 weeks of access to the full Guardian Women Online program. (A value of $39.99). Which will allow participants to review techniques learned in this event as well as gain additional knowledge.

No experience is necessary Open to feminine identified people aged 10 years and up. (Participants aged 10-12 years old must attend with an adult.)
