About the event
We will cover the fundamentals of effective self-defence, including defence from strikes, grabs and chokes, and how to avoid the confrontation if possible.
This Self-Defence Course will be run over 4 consecutive Friday afternoons.
Session 1: Friday 25 Oct 12 pm - 1.30 pm
Session 2: Friday 8 Nov 12 pm - 1.30 pm
Session 3: Friday 15 Nov 4 pm - 5.30 pm
Session 4: Friday 22 Nov 4 pm - 5.30 pm
