Survivability Blueprint (KEF-IC Bravo Module) July 2022

Get the blueprint for training your Kinetic Fighting skills into the future: hone the fundamental techniques and tactics in this highly interactive and practical session.  

This course (a.k.a. Bravo module in the KEF–IC syllabus) will build on your Self-Protection Essentials (Alpha module) training with four hours of skill integration, reflex training, and drills to help you develop your fundamental skills into an effective arsenal.

In this module, you will be introduced to principles of adaptation and shown how free play and sparring/rolling can enhance tactical capability. Learn grappling skills applicable to real combat (tried and tested by founder Paul Cale and his fellow Commandos on the battlefield), and work on competitive drills where the objectives support tactical aims and develop your combative skill sets. This session provides the framework for your ongoing refinement and development of all the self-protection skills and strategies learned.

THE INSTRUCTOR: This training in essential, real-world self-protection skills will be delivered by KEF–IC Instructor AJ Kearns (pictured above right). A qualified KEF-IC Instructor, and a current member of the Army Reserves, with the Royal Australian Armoured Corps. He has 22 years experience in self-protection and martial arts training, with 18 years in instructing. With Black Belts in Taekwondo and Kobudo (Okinawan weaponry), and instructor certifications from three of the world’s highly renowned krav maga teachers — including Roy Faiga of the Israeli Defence Force’s Wingate Institute & Captain Dr. Itay Gil former Chief Commander of Krav Maga Instruction for the special forces unit Yamam (Counter-Terrorism, Hostage Rescue) — AJ brings extensive experience in civilian self-protection to his teaching.
