Releases from the most common Grabs and Chokes

How to control the first contact with the threat to give yourself the best chance of avoiding violence, or stopping it quick!

Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in and bring a full water bottle. We use bare feet whilst training.

There is no pre-requisite for this workshop, no experience required.
