The Guardian Women Program is a wonderful way to help women to regain confidence, become empowered and learn lifesaving skills in a warm and welcoming environment. Become part of a movement that is focused on empowering women with a set of highly efficient skills that are not reliant on strength or size to be effective.
Pre-requisites: Guardian Krav Maga Orange Rank (or equivalent), Current First-aid & CPR, & Working With Children Check
