Women's Self-Defence Course - Level 1
This 6 hour course is a great way to start your learning journey with effective defence skills.
Service Description
This 6-hour program has been designed to help women establish autonomy around safety in their lives. Beginners welcome! The course runs through defensive techniques to combat the most relevant threatening situations - from basic striking, situational awareness, and improvised defensive tools. This can then be added to with Level 2 which looks at aggressive grabs, holds, chokes, strangles and ground defence. The system is based on biomechanics so the size and strength of a defender or attacker become irrelevant with the skills taught in this program. In order to help you gain practice time and grow your skill set, participants also receive complimentary access to our full program of general self-defence classes during the duration of this course.
