Let's get you started with a full 2 week trial! It's a great way to have a go, meet everyone and see if our club and training are a good fit for you. To get underway, just follow the below steps.

Fill in the form to get set up in the system. If booking for a child, please use their name under participant. If booking for multiple people, each should have a separate form and UNIQUE EMAIL address.

BOOK A CLASS
New people are always welcome. The pathway is different for various programs. Follow the links provided to get started.

YOUTH
Youth can just go ahead and book a class in the program and time of their choice (for their age group).

Select the 'Buy a pricing plan' option to take up a trial offer. Sign Up when prompted on the Checkout page with the same email as you used in the health form.
ADULT KRAV MAGA
Adults wanting to learn Krav Maga can book into an Intro Session or straight into a class.

ADULT PARKOUR
Jump straight into a class.

WHAT TO WEAR & BRING
Wear comfortable clothes like you would wear to the gym (t-shirt, shorts/tracksuit pants) and bring a full water bottle. We use bare feet on the training mats, or if you own martial arts shoes, wrestling boots or similar you can bring those along. They will need to be sanitised before use on the mats at one of our shoe sanitisation stations.

We always adhere to COVID-19 safety mandates as directed by the health authorities, these change from time to time. If you are unsure what they are currently, please contact us.
Please ensure any equipment you utilise during your session is sanitised before returning it.
Masks: Even when masks are not compulsory, you are welcome and encouraged to wear them when inside, removing them when training vigorously.
