Learning self-defence empowers you to be safer in your everyday life. It's like learning first-aid, you hope you never need to use it but it's better to know it, just in case. Self-Defence Workshops and CoursesGuardian Defence is committed to providing you with the opportunity to train in a safe and welcoming environment. Our regular self-defence workshops and courses are a great way to introduce yourself to the world of self-defence. The classes are suitable for beginners and participants of any fitness level, so no more excuses girls, it's time to take control and get that confidence and fitness back. Private ClassesAnother great way for you to get self-defence training done is in private classes. These can be arranged for you as an individual or you can get a group together. Please contact us for more information. Ongoing Women's Only TrainingWomen's Only Tactical Krav Maga classes will start 18th October and run weekly. This positive, empowering class will give you the self-defence skills you need whilst working on your overall health and fitness at the same time. Our female Krav Maga instructors will lead you through life saving skills and give you the opportunity to build these skills into a set of life saving reactions that will not only end violent confrontations quickly but keep you out of them in the first place.
