The above statement does not have to be a bad thing. In fact women are incredibly resourceful and protective. At Guardian Defence we are committed to providing self-defence skills that are perfect for women to use.
Our Self-defence skills:
Learning self-defence empowers you to be safer in your everyday life. It's like learning first-aid, you hope you never need to use it but it's better to know it, just in case.
Guardian Defence is committed to providing you with the opportunity to train in a safe and welcoming environment. Our regular self-defence workshops and courses are a great way to introduce yourself to the world of self-defence. The classes are suitable for beginners and participants of any fitness level, so no more excuses girls, it's time to take control and get that confidence and fitness back.
Another great way for you to get self-defence training done is in private classes. These can be arranged for you as an individual or you can get a group together. Please contact us for more information.

Also please note: Our induction class will run Wednesday evenings 6.30pm for the next 2 weeks, instead of the usual Friday night due to public holiday closures.
