All students wishing to attend Adult Tactical Krav Maga group classes must have completed an induction class.

Class Descriptions

Tactical Krav Maga - Adult (TKM)

TKM is a reality based self-defence system. Originally designed for use within the military, the civilian version provides quick to learn, effective defence skills that are not reliant on the strength or size of the defender, making it perfect for women and men alike.  You will learn striking, movement, grappling, weapons defence and more. Open to men and women from age 16 up of any fitness level.

TKM Foundation - Adult

This class will focus on techniques as featured in Unit 1-5 of the Tactical Krav Maga system featuring pre-fight, stance, movement, striking skills and improvised weapons. Open to students of all ranks. Students will train these techniques to their skill level.

TKM Intermediate Unit 4+ - Adult

This class will focus on learning more advanced skills and accessing skills under pressure. You must have graded Unit 4 or higher. This class will work high pressure drills and include advanced techniques such as grappling, grab/choke releases, takedowns, falls, rolling, fighting from the ground, firearms and edged weapons threat defence. Participants must be of moderate physical fitness.

TKM Advanced Unit 8+ - Adult

This class is reserved for those who have been assessed as competent unit 8 and above and will involve training all previously learnt techniques against multiple attackers, and for a third party. Scenario training and honing a correct response to various unknown and unexpected stimulus will be heavily addressed. Participants must be of good physical fitness.

**Special two hour advanced training events are scheduled regularly for Advanced students and by invitation. This class will allow students to train at a high level and practice their skills under more extreme situations and duress. A different training focus will be applied to each training session.

TKM Women's Only - Adult (Basic Program)

This class is suitable for beginner students and will look at self-defence skills which are not strength based and are highly practical, from the Tactical Krav Maga syllabus. From November 2012, participants will be required to attend an induction class prior to participation.

TKM Ages 12+ - Teen/Adult (Basic Program)

These classes are open to those aged 12 and over and is suitable for beginner students. It will look at self-defence skills which are not strength based and are highly practical, from the Tactical Krav Maga syllabus. 

Group Fitness

Group fitness classes are open to all. Participants are welcome to attend either as members or as casual participants for the minimal cost of $10 per class. 10 passes are also available for $90. No induction is required for Fitness training only.

Cage Fitness

Cage fitness is the latest cutting edge workout designed for men and women that want to get into great shape. Designed by 9 times welterweight champion Matt Hughes, this 30 minute, "five round" workout targets all areas of the body and includes cardio, flexibility and strength training.

Bootcamp Fitness

This indoor class will push you to achieve your best. Our instructors will guide you through a military inspired workout that will incorporate a variety of exercises to increase your strength, agility, power, cardio vascular fitness and aerobic capacity.

Boxing Fitness

This pad work class involves no contact and is open to all levels of fitness. This fast paced class will get you moving and have you burning calories the fun way. Punch your way to a new improved you.

Muay Thai (Thai Kick Boxing)

Open to all levels of fitness this class will teach you proper technique of upper & lower body strikes, as well as giving you a great cardio vascular workout. 

Strength & Conditioning

Hit your fitness goals faster with this motivational group session which will see strength gains as well as adding a great boost to your cardio vascular fitness.
