Located just north of Albion Street, our full time training centre on Sydney Road in Brunswick comprises two large training rooms, restrooms and office area.

Our main training space is 85 square meters of matted training area and is fully equipped with all the equipment necessary for safe and effective training and there are no mirrors!

The weights room is available to members during opening hours and is the home of boxing equipment including speed ball, floor to ceiling ball and heavy bag. With the weights machine and loose weights allowing members to get extra conditioning training in during their spare time.

Our pro-gear shop sells all the necessary personal protective equipment for safe training as well as our highly sought after street wear.
