You can work one on one or with a friend or two in sessions ranging from 30min- 1 hour. Our trainers will work with you to set achievable goals and set out the path to success.They will guide you through each technique providing correct movement for the most safe and efficient action as well as providing you that added boost of encouragement and motivation to keep you achieving your best.

  • Lil' Dragons - Monday 4.30pm or Saturday 9am
  • Krav Kids - Monday 5pm or Saturday 9.30am
  • Krav Teens - Tuesday 5pm
